End of year event details

May 17th - Band Banquet: 6:30PM Lyric Theatre (Dress Fancy!) DJ following the banquet (Banquet ends at 8:00, DJ from 8:00-9:00.)  Students are free admission, family members are $10 each with a cap of $20 per family.

May 19th - Spring Concert, Siebert Elementary.  Be there at least 15 minutes before your portion of the concert.  Expect to stay and help clean up for 30 minutes after the concert.  There will be hotdogs provided, but bring your own chips and drinks.  There will be limited seating available so also bring lawn chairs.  Casual school clothes for this event.

5:30PM - Band hall open to grab instruments

6:00PM - Jazz Band
6:30PM - 6th Grade band
7:00PM - Symphonic Band
7:30PM - Honor Band
8:00PM - HS Band

May 27th - Graduation, Marshall Gym.  Be in seats at 6:25PM, warm up at 6:35PM.  Perform at 6:40PM.  Graduation starts at 7:00PM.  Students check in instruments at end of graduation.  We will wear black and white concert attire.
